		<description><![CDATA[货是兵，员工是玩家，淘宝是战场，资金是粮食，消费者是被解救的对象，剩余的直通车，钻展等就是武器 一、前言： 商场如战场，销售目标就是我们要攻的山头，我们相当于在作战 而作战，一靠战略；二靠用兵 而我们的战略是：是“爆款盘”战略，以点带面的。 而用兵，我们先前兵都没排好，何谈用？ 卖服装，产品衣服就是我们的兵！ 做淘宝，以爆款战略打仗，一（这里的一就是指爆款）输全输，一赢能否全赢，争取最大的战果就靠我们的关联了！说白了，如果你爆款推不动，你接下去就不用做了，如果你爆款推动了，OK，能否进一步扩大销售，就靠关联，所以我们每时每刻都要想关联，引进来流量，就想关联，关联，再关联！无论是通过店内打折也好，什么也好！ 下面谈谈个人布阵的浅见： 二、角色分类： 1、主将——爆款的连衣裙或衬衫！ 是打头阵，先上架，先冲上去的。能不能取胜，攻下山头（完成我们的销售目标），他起到最关键的作用，具体是什么，那就是用直通车主推，用来抢类目的那一两款单品！！！ 2、副将——易抢的类目连体裤！ 他是跟着主将一起先冲，一条易抢类目的连体裤。 3、骑兵——同类推荐款 是排在“主将”和“副将”两骥，协助的，扩大战果，就靠他们！具体到在我们店就是围绕着如：连衣裙和连体裤关联销售款，或称利润款。 补充说明：同类推荐款（建议价格要有跟主将差不多，也要有比主将便宜和贵的款式，他们分不同格价层次，不同格价层次的款式、做工、面料，要有明显不同，以拉开价格感知） 4、步兵——搭配款 步兵是穿插在，主副将和骑兵之中的，起高度听从指挥协同配合作战作用的，具体的是我们的搭配款！（这里要强调的是拍摄出来的搭配效果） 5、弓兵——活动款 弓兵起到突袭作用的款式！突袭即有可能为整个战局，寻找一个突破口，具体就是一二个活动款，折扣的体验款，一来上就做单品活动突破一下冲下销量的！因为你想：不能排除有一两个，找到突破口，对战况起着关键作用的弓兵啊！ 三、最后要说的是： 1、从作用来说： 主将、副将是核心；骑兵是次之；而步兵和攻弓再次之 因为主将和副将，即爆款起的作用是最大的，起到引流，跑量的作用！ 而骑兵，即同类推荐款，是靠爆款的引入，关联的，同时同类也要分等级（即分形象款和主推利润款等），要有比爆款便宜的，也要有比爆款贵的，但前提同类关联，同一价位段的款式一定不能相似，不然人们很容易用来比价！ 2、从进攻节奏来说 打头阵的，即先上架的肯定是主将和副将，即爆款； 当然他们周围要先布一些骑兵，即同类关联，起到辅助的作用！ 由于搭配早就在拍摄时确定好，并在上架时展示出来了，所以步兵充许的话也可以上，不过之后上也行，因为爆款没取到很好的战果，也不会有人买你的搭配款！ 最后的话，就是骑兵的补充和在适当的时机活动款——弓兵的上阵，打一场漂亮的仗了！！！！ 3、上新，很重要！ 最后再强调一句淘宝上新是很重要的，回头客看的就是上新款！而根据整个进攻节奏来说，上新，也就是上同类推荐款，上搭配款，上活动款！因为主副将早就上了，而他们必需得打胜仗，否则你也不用上新了！而上新的款式要精而多，量不一定要多，卖完就完了，没货，也没事，这只是关乎到战果能否扩大，打不打得到漂亮的仗的问题！说回服装，如果你上了一批款式好的，但是量少，卖完了！你不正是做饥渴营销么？所以库存问题，主要是爆款的库存问题而矣！ 所以产品开发方面我建议（前提要精选，不一定要款式太多） 1、 主将：开发一款连衣裙，一款衬衫， 2、 副将：开发一款连体裤 3、 骑兵：多款连衣裙，多款衬衫，多款连体裤 4、 步兵：多款裤子，多条腰带，多款裙子 5、 弓兵：排主卖类目的，特价基本款T恤，背心等<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">

<p>10.区分使用者</p>
<p>举例：</p>
<p>□注重价格的消费者自主购买意识强，他们会早早预订、寻找价格低的购买地点或是选择其他省钱的办法，而不注重价格的人则不在乎这些。</p>
<p>□商务旅游与休闲旅游不同，休闲旅游者多集中在星期六前后出游，以享受休闲，而因商务活动乘飞机的旅客并不要求这一点，所以当他们搭乘是是休闲旅游航班时，要给予特殊折扣。</p>
<p>□对于特殊的群体要给予特殊的优惠。例如，对于全家集体旅行或是退休老人旅行，火车票就可以给予特价，而对于成年人集体旅游就不给予</p>
<p>PS1：以上的十个目标基本上已经很全面的概括了促销的目标，举例参考一下，关键是自己扩充，展开充分的联想</p>
<p>四、库存及产品特点</p>
<p>这是所有策划的基础，因为只有建立在对自己产品熟悉的基础上，你才可能发掘出产品自身的卖点然后再结合之前对消费者需求的理解和库存的了解，我相信策划出好的促销不是很难，因为看完这个小册子你基本上熟悉一个促稍策划活动的流程。</p>
<p>五、营销量化</p>
<p>这个主要结合自己的促销目的来确定量化指标，通常的指标有：</p>

		<description><![CDATA[各位商家： 今年淘宝发展进入第八个年头，在你们的参与和努力下，淘宝已发展成为拥有8亿在线商品，3.7亿注册用户，年交易数千亿的电子商务商圈。这些成就的背后，是每个商家、合作伙伴以及淘宝小二的汗水和付出，才汇集成了改变商业行为的力量。 随着平台壮大，淘宝上的商家越来越多，淘宝的小二也以每年一倍的速度在增长。我们看到了一些丑陋的现象，个别商家试图通过一些不正当的手段，寻找捷径。我们鼓励商家与淘宝小二多沟通，良好沟通下更好地服务是我们的职责。但淘宝上所有人的竞争都是在公平之下。我们不希望旧商业形态下的“潜规则”、“暗箱操作”等情况出现在淘宝，因为这些行为将使淘宝的土壤改变，也与新商业文明相违背。 为了打造透明诚信的大淘宝生态圈，淘宝在去年成立了廉政部，该部门致力于淘宝内部廉政的建设，并设立了公开的邮箱，接受社会的监督。与此同时，我们更希望得到会员及合作伙伴的配合及支持。 从今天开始至6月30日，如果哪位商家与淘宝小二存在不正当关系，以致淘宝小二及商家从中谋取不当得利，请商家通过廉政举报邮箱lianzheng@taobao.com主动与我们联系备案并纠正，我们将既往不咎，并承诺对备案商家信息严格保密。但如果在6月30日之前没有备案，日后一旦发现无论何时发生的不正当关系，淘宝将视情节对商家进行处罚，包括永久不得参加淘宝发起的任何推广活动，甚至永久清理出平台。涉及小二也将开除职务永不录用，触犯法律的将移交司法程序处理。 我们相信，未来中国电子商务还有很长的路要走，还有更多的消费者等待我们去服务。我们也相信，诚信会一直是我们不可抛弃的原则。让我们共同坚守，共创未来。 铁木真 2011/5/20<table class="wumii-related-items" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="3" border="0"  style="clear: both;">
